The Austin Young Chamber is excited to offer our members discounts on SXSW® 2025 badges. This is exclusive member pricing and is a significant discount on full-price badges. Discounts are offered on all badge types: Platinum, Interactive, Film & TV, Music and EDU. Taking place March 7-15, 2025 in Austin, TX, SXSW® is the essential destination for global professionals. The annual event will feature Conference sessions, Film & TV festival screenings, Music Festival showcases, Comedy Festival sets, world-class Exhibitions, competitions, Awards and much more! Get your badge soon - prices will increase as we get closer to the event!

Student & Early Career Discounts 

Currently enrolled students and recent graduates also receive special discounts to attend SXSW with an Interactive, Film & TV, or Music Badge. 

  • 50% For Students
  • 40% First Year Post-Graduation
  • 30% Second Year Post-Graduation 

Group Badge Discounts

SXSW® also offers discounted group rates if you are interested in bringing your team, colleagues or a group of friends! Group rates are available for groups of 7+ for EDU and 10+ for SXSW®. The SXSW® Housing team can also help with accommodations, offering preferential hotels and discounts to make your experience seamless. * Badge discounts are available for current members in good-standing with the Austin Young Chamber of Commerce (up-to-date dues, non-lapsed members as of the purchase date of the badge). If you complete this form and are not an active member, please be advised that you will not be eligible to receive discounted badge information and registration instructions.

** Discount is based on the walk-up rate and varies based on badge type.

Badge Terms and Restrictions

  • The SXSW® Participation and Credentials Terms and Conditions apply to all of the Badges. They can be found on the SXSW® website at https://www.sxsw.com/attend/participation-credentials-terms-conditions/.
  • Once a Badge coupon is redeemed, any transfers will be subject to a transfer fee.
  • All purchases are final. SXSW® and Austin Young Chamber will not issue any refunds for any Badges purchased through Austin Young Chamber.
  • Any reselling of the Badges purchased through Austin Young Chamber is strictly prohibited.
