The Economic Development Committee’s purpose is to create opportunity for relative financial success and security for young Austin residents. Working with other AYC committees, members, local groups, and business, this committee is a forward-looking group focused on solutions for Austin’s young professionals.

6:00-6:45pm - Speaker Presentation -- 2018 CoA Bond Ballot Propositions
On November 6, 2018, residents will vote on the City of Austin General Obligation Bond Propositions passed by the City Council on June 28.
Ted Siff, Chair of the Bond Campaign and John Lawler, Campaign Manager for Keep Austin Affordable will share information about the Bond Propositions with the Committee and answer committee members' questions, regarding the development and impact of the proposed 2018 Bond.
