Workshop: Leverage Your Talents Every Day

This is a two part workshop designed to make sure you effectively leverage your natural skills for long term success. The workshop includes the Kolbe assessment and leadership test, dinner both nights, and a training on the results of the assessment and how to leverage the results long term.

What is the Kolbe Assessment?
Kolbe Indexes are fun and easy to complete online in less than 20 minutes. They are different from other self assessments because they don't measure how smart you are (thinking) or what your personality is like (feeling). Rather, Kolbe Indexes measure how you naturally DO things.

Backed by more than 30 years of research and practical applications, they provide an amazingly accurate map of an individual's natural instincts, or modus operandi (M.O.). Index results are delivered dynamically online and are also available in a print version.

Pre-event survey and completion of the Kolbe assessment will be required to attend. No refunds will be given due to the hard cost to provide this workshop.

April 23rd: 
We will review the KOLBE methodology and the KOLBE A results (how you see yourself).

April 30th:
We will review the KOLBE B results (how you see your current role).

Ticket price is for both sessions. Space is limited to 30 participants.

About the Workshop Leader
Marit Peters is the President and Executive Director of the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas (IIAT). Peters has spent the past 20 years working across various industries including insurance, healthcare, information technology, aviation manufacturing and association management. Her true passion is working with people identifying their natural talents through “Kolbe wisdom” to tap into their unique abilities. This has enabled people to find and shape careers that energize rather than exhaust them.
