At Step Outside, we believe the world needs more meaningful work. We help build more adaptable and inspired teams through outdoor experiences that focus on developing emotional intelligence and values-based communication.
We take teams outside to participate in activities that encourage greater self-awareness through physical movement (e.g. hiking, yoga, climbing, kayaking), and pair those activities with curriculum that's based in emotional and behavioral science. This helps individuals better understand themselves and how they interact within groups, which is what emotional intelligence is really about: developing self-awareness, managing our experiences and emotions, and navigating our relationships with others.
