Systems & Salesforce Project Manager

This position will facilitate and help carry the torch of Tito Beveridge’s philanthropic vision. The role will assist with the maintenance, administration, and development of systems that support the company’s charitable giving department, known as Love, Tito’s. The primary objectives of this position are: Salesforce management, customer service to internal customers, employee engagement and additional systems management, and overall general Love, Tito’s assistance.

Salesforce Management:

  • Oversee daily administration of Salesforce database changes including creating/managing customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validations, workflow and approval rules, sharing rules, permission sets and triggers
  • Facilitate regular communication and coordination with Junior Salesforce Administrator and external developers regarding system improvements and resolving existing issues
  • Co-manage all license requests, new user setups, and user updates
  • Monitor data accuracy and integrity throughout the CRM, including standardization of data formatting and naming conventions
  • Improve automation and propose innovative ways to streamline functions in Salesforce to increase system(s) efficiency
  • Run adoption and data-quality dashboards

Customer Service to Tito’s Handmade Vodka Team Members:

  • Design, create, and implement Salesforce training curriculum, courses, and additional resources to ensure compliance with best practices among all users
  • Draft and disseminate regular communications to Salesforce users regarding new resources as well as updates on improvements and upcoming rollouts
  • Design and implement system for intake and prioritization of Salesforce support tickets and feedback on future improvements
  • Develop and modify reports and dashboards for Salesforce users on a regular basis
  • Provide support on Salesforce data imports as needed

Employee Engagement & Additional Systems:

  • Manage updates and administration of Love, Tito’s Employee Giving system, hosted by YourCause
  • Assist with training, approvals, and content for the Love, Tito’s Employee Giving system
  • Provide support with additional systems to include Salesforce integrations such as contract and form providers, as well as connections to accounting systems
  • Identify and develop continual improvements to existing systems that could be streamlined in Salesforce through an integration or other process

Love, Tito’s General Assistance:

  • Research 501(c)(3) organizations utilizing GuideStar and/or Charity Navigator and provide feedback on potential compliance issues
  • Maintain and develop an understanding of compliance documentation needed for Love, Tito’s programs and events
  • Other responsibilities as determined

  • Attention to detail, highly organized, with a focus on quality of work
  • Polished customer service and communication skills, comfortable training/presenting in front of large groups in multiple formats
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Project Management Tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with additional systems such as YourCause, HelloSign, Formstack, or QuickBooks a plus
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
  • Strong analytical and time management skills
  • Creative problem solving
