COA Small Business Focus Group with Austin Young Chamber

This session will help the City of Austin Small Business Division decide what kinds of classes and other resources to offer in the future. This discussion is brought to you by the Austin Young Chamber.

About this event

This virtual focus group has been scheduled as part of the City of Austin's 2021 Small Business Needs Assessment study.

Small business owners from any industry are invited to join, providing ideas, insight and experience to help shape the way forward for the City's Small Business Division. This session will cover general small business and nonprofit needs. 

WHAT TO EXPECT

• 11:50am -- we will open up the Zoom meeting, allowing participants to come in a little bit before the session is scheduled to begin, so they can introduce themselves and get an idea of who the other participants are going to be.
  
  
• 12:00pm -- We will begin the focus group discussion promptly at noon by bringing up a variety of general topics for participants to comment on, sharing insights and experiences.
  
  
• 1:00 -- We will end the focus group at 1pm. The Zoom meeting will remain open for an additional 15 minutes in case anyone has questions or comments that they still want to provide via the chat window.
