One of the great challenges of being a leader is balancing your own unique motivators with those of your colleagues and direct reports. In this session with Abilitie’s VP of Operations, Megan Fanale, participants will engage in guided self-reflection in order to uncover what drives them to achieve their goals before shifting the focus to leading others. 

We’ll share Abilitie’s award-winning Management Challenge simulation and give attendees a chance to practice activating motivators in other people to get things done and make an impact in their work. Time will be reserved to discuss how these skills fit into a full leadership toolkit and answer questions about Abilitie’s global mini-MBA, the Invited MBA.

About the Speaker

As the VP of Operations, Megan Fanale leads operations for Abilitie touching every facet of the business for Abilitie’s award-winning Leadership and Development programs including the global, fully-virtual Invited MBA. She has had the distinct honor to help build a multi-million dollar enterprise over the past 5 years that in 2021 alone impacted over 16,000 participants at 75 companies for clients such as GE, Dell, and McKinsey Consulting.
