In this extended session, Patricia V. Hayes will guide you through the fundamentals of building strong professional relationships and how to build a relational network that will stand the test of time. 

Utilizing the skills, strategies, and tips she has accumulated from over three decades of relationship building in the legislative and executive management arena, Patricia will share her wealth of knowledge on how you can quickly build professional connections that will last beyond happy hour.

In this interactive workshop, you will:

Patricia V. Hayes, J.D., is a licensed attorney who serves as an executive advisor and strategist. She is the CEO of PVH Consulting Group, LLC, a strategy consulting and leadership development firm in Austin, Texas, where she supports executive-level leaders. In these roles, she facilitates empowered actions and transitions for leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs to up level their careers, achieve their professional goals and live their values.

Patricia has served as a respected policy confidante, legal and policy advisor, and strategist to executive leadership at the state and national level in governmental, private, and non-profit organizations, including a Lieutenant Governor, State Senator, Commissioner of Education and University System Chancellor. She served as the first African American and female Vice Chancellor in the Texas State University System.

Patricia has taken her diverse background in education, public policy, law, and legislative policy to create and expand her private leadership development, advocacy, and public speaking offerings to create corporate courses, training and executive coaching programs that address the development needs of professionals, including attorneys, engineers, accountants, business executives and entrepreneurs.
