LEAD Series: The Nature of Work is Changing

Friday, June 3, 2022 (8:00 AM - 9:30 AM) (CDT)

Description

Many leaders and organizations are struggling to find stable ground as the future of work unfolds. Join Marc McCann, Founder of StepOutside, in learning how to equip ourselves and our teams with the emotional skills we need to adapt in changing circumstances.

This session will be held outdoors. You'll get to spend the first 45 minutes participating in hiking or yoga before learning skills that you can apply immediately at work. All equipment will be provided, but please bring water and feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you'd prefer to use it.

About the Speaker

Marc’s spent the last decade training, coaching, and leading teams. He cares deeply about creating more people-centered cultures and organizations and is always excited to discuss how emotions, behavior, and feedback impact our experiences. He started Step Outside to help teams and organizations do more inspired work, which he believes happens when we have the emotional skills we need to adapt, learn, and grow together.
