STRIDE Fitness is excited to offer 3 complimentary classes for January 2023! This amazing offer is only available to the first 25 individuals so be sure to sign up as soon as possible.
STRIDE Fitness is an indoor treadmill studio offering coached HIIT classes to deliver a total body workout including cardio, strength, and core work for all fitness levels: walkers, joggers and runners. Their unique leveling system allows you to workout at your own pace, which is why they live by the motto YOUR SPACE! YOUR PACE! Amazing coaches paired with high energy music and lighting to match creates an experience to be had.
STRIDE offers 3 different class formats:
- The STRIDE: All tread, 55 minute class with Intervals of running, walking & active recovery
- The COMBO: 55 minute strength, endurance, and speed training with alternating intervals and strength blocks
- The CORE: Build your balance, posture and endurance with 40 minutes of tread intervals, followed by 10 minutes of core work

STRIDE Certified Coaches
STRIDE Certified Coaches are more than trainers & fitness professionals, they are motivators, supporters, and industry leaders. Through the STRIDE Certified Run Program (the FIRST indoor run coach certification), all coaches learn how to dynamically lead our class formats, practice safety and form correction, utilize our STRIDE Guide cards to instruct to walkers or runners simultaneously, and empower clients of all ages and levels to hit their STRIDE.
As part of our comprehensive program, STRIDE studios offer heart rate monitors available for purchase to assist in collecting and tracking data while you run. This proprietary interactive technology delivers your metrics via our in-studio leaderboards and mobile app, allowing you to track your progress and celebrate your success.
The Woodway 4-Front was designed to mimic the feel of running outdoors and to provide the user with a dynamic, low-impact workout. These state-of-the-art treadmills have been scientifically proven to reduce harmful shock to joints, muscles and connective tissue.
